Frequently asked questions
We would advise you to Register / Login before you start posting the property so that we can send you the responses for the property. Once logged in, follow below steps to post a property.
- Click on ‘Add Property’ option on top right corner.
Fill in the relevant details.
- Focus on giving right details by filling maximum details available. In order to get better responses:
- 1. Provide accurate location, property features, price details
2. Add property photos & video
- Click on Continue to Post’ to post your property
Note :- RRLead provides one FREE listing to all its users and if you have already consumed this service, you will be required to buy a listing package to post the property.
It takes maximum 24 hours for a property to get screened and become visible on search.
In case of owner RERA ID is not required. However, if it’s a project property that is under construction, owner will need to provide RERA ID of the project.
The reason that your package is still not activated could be because there was some error in the network or delay from the bank’s end.
In case your amount was deducted, while your package still shows ‘Not Activated’, kindly share the screenshot of your transaction & Order ID/Card ID to email@example.com
Please note that it usually takes 3-5 business days for the package to get activated.
If your package includes the Property Photoshoot services, you will receive a callback from our team within 1-2 working days, to fix up the appointment.
Once the appointment is fixed,
- Our professional photographer will visit your house
- Click HD photos of your property
- Verify the property details
- Upload the property photos on the site.
Your property will be tagged as Verified on RRLead
Note: Property Photoshoot service is available in select cities only- Delhi NCR, Gajraula, Chandausi, Moradabad, Behjoi, Amroha, Joya, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad. Property Photoshoot service is applicable on all Ready-to-move Residential Properties & specific Commercial Properties like Office Spaces, Showroom, Shop, Office in IT Park/SEZ & Co-working Space.
In case Photoshoot of your property has not been done and you wish to extend your package validity, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case you find that the details like price, images, etc. are wrong in the mailers that are being sent out to potential Buyers, then write to us at email@example.com.
Note: Do not forget to attach the promotional mailers which you feel are wrong/invalid.
If you have been issued a wrong package or issued a package without the required benefits, we request you to let us know about the same and we will help you get the right package that suits your requirements. You can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To check status of your package, follow below steps:
- Login to your account
- Once you login, you will be landing on ‘My Orders’ view
- Here you will be able to see status of all upcoming & past orders
- Click here to check the status/validity of your package
If the property is already posted however subscribe package is different then write to us at email@example.com.
